How does early-bird pricing work?
First 100 reservations lock $69 USD. After that, the launch price is $149 USD. No charge until v1.0 ships and you confirm. Reservations are non-binding.
What's your refund policy?
14 days, no questions. Email support@me-plugins.com from the address you bought with. Refunds settle to the original payment method in 5–10 business days.
Is there a subscription?
No. One-time purchase, free updates within v1.x, paid upgrade for v2.0+ when it eventually exists.
Where do I download ME-TUEY after I buy?
License key arrives by email; sign in at me-plugins.com/account/licenses to find your key and downloads when v1.0 ships.
How many machines can I install on?
Two. Deactivate one to move it; for now we handle moves manually — email support@me-plugins.com and we'll do it within a business day.
Which formats and OSes?
VST3 + AU. macOS Universal (Intel + Apple Silicon native) and Windows x64. AAX, CLAP, iOS, Linux are not in v1.0.
Where do the measurement numbers come from?
Captured from a specific 2014 UA Teletronix LA-2A reissue (1960s Lawrence Silver-era circuit) owned by Mentesh Engineering, tube-rolled to NOS RCA on V1+V2+V3, at 96 kHz, level-matched against a dry reference. The full null-test pack ships with v1.0; the receipt summary lives at /engineering.
Do you decompile or reverse-engineer existing plugins?
No. We measure the audio response of physical hardware we own. We don't decompile, redistribute, or otherwise touch software made by other parties.
Why no AAX in v1.0?
AAX requires Avid Developer Partner enrollment + signing. Deferred to v1.1 or v2.0 once volume justifies the recurring fee.
Where do my emails to me-plugins.com go?
Every alias forwards to one inbox. We answer ourselves — no ticket queue, no offshore team, no chatbot pretending to be human.
How do I unsubscribe or delete my data?
Footer link in any of our emails unsubscribes immediately. To delete your data: email support@me-plugins.com from the registered address with subject "Delete my data". Actioned within 14 days.
