Software on me-plugins.com is owned, licensed, and supported by Mentesh Engineering (operated by GUY MENTESH LTD, Israeli company ח.פ. 517332896). Payment processing and tax collection at checkout are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Full company details are on the Imprint page.
Pre-launch reservations (current state)
ME-TUEY is in pre-launch capture and validation. The site currently collects email reservations only — no charge is taken until v1.0 ships and the purchase flow is opened. Submitting your email at /buy/mentesh2a reserves your spot in the launch queue. The first 100 reservations lock the $69 early-bird launch price; later reservations pay the $149 list price. Reservations are non-binding — you may cancel by emailing support@me-plugins.com or replying to any confirmation email.
At launch (post-v1.0)
ME-TUEY will be a one-time licence purchase: two-machine activation per licence, free updates within the v1.x major version, paid upgrade to v2.0+, 14-day no-questions refund window. Licence terms are governed by the EULA.
Refunds
14 days from purchase, no questions asked. See Refund. EU consumers retain the cancellation right granted by the EU Consumer Rights Directive; we honour it via the same flow.
Acceptance
You accept these Terms by completing a purchase, downloading a beta or trial build, or installing the plugin. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software, and contact us for a refund.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the software is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if higher, the amount of the most recent invoice. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv – Yafohave exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in the purchaser’s country of residence (which apply where they grant stronger protection than Israeli law).
Changes
When these Terms change we update the date above and email everyone with an active licence before the change takes effect.
